Distinguished Senator Okey Ezea of Enugu North stood tall Thursday, 23rd May, 2024 in the Senate as he contributed to the debate on a bill for Nigeria to revert to the old National Anthem. Speaking immediately after the Senate leader, the sponsor of the bill, Senator Ezea urged the nation to consider a reversal to the old anthem which, he said, evoked emotions of love and unity, unlike the current anthem which he described as drab and uninspiring.
